Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar is one of the highly-anticipated series of this year for obvious reasons. From Sanjay Leela Bhansali directing the series to a stellar ensemble star cast, fans are starstruck to see so much grander. Not just fans, but even Bollywood is quite anticipated to witness this magnum opus. Having said that, Bollywood has come together once again for a grand celeb screening of Heeramandi and it looks epic.
Stars like Alia Bhatt, Rakul Preet Singh, Rashmika Mandanna, Rekha, Ananya Panday, Fatima Sana Sheikh and more have rolled down. Given that it is an epic drama, several celebs graced in traditional attires. While some graced the event wearing stunning anarkalis and lehenga sets, some arrived wearing beautiful sarees. Nevertheless, their desi looks have definitely left everyone awestruck.

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Heeramandi is based on the pre-independence era when courtesans ruled the Diamond Bazaar. It is a story about love, passion, power and freedom. The series stars Aditi Rao Hydari as Bibbojaan, Manisha Koirala as Mallikajaan, Sharmin Segal as Alamzeb, Sonakshi Sinha as Fareedan, Richa Chadha as Lajjo and Sanjeeda Sheikh as Waheeda. There are Nawabs too in the story – Fardeen Khan as Wali Mohammed, Adhyayan Suman as Zoravar and Taha Shah Badussha as Tajdar. The series is set to be released on May 1 on Netflix.
